We visited the place for a dinner meeting. The first good impression was the cosy decoration. The owner of the place was so friendly, so sincere and so close, yet so professional. The place was full; you should make a reservation. The pasta, gnocchi with trufle oil, meat, wine were all good. The service was very good. The staff were... More

the staff is extremely friendly and gentle the service is superb but the food is less than ordinary and it is toooooo way expensive.i paid 25 euros for a pasta and a coffee for lunch which is even supposed to have contained reasonable prices.

While the ambience and decor of the restaurant are terrific and it seems to attract vast numbers of Milanese diners, we were mightily disappointed with the food and the service. Menus in English were not offered so it was a struggle to choose and we almost ended up ordering two main courses each. The food itself was not attractively served... More

This place was recommended by a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. First of all it's a beautifully decorated restaurant that has a "magical" ambiance upon entering, with little lights everywhere, making it look like a christmas decoration. We were initially given a table that I didn't like, so I asked for a better one and we were transferred... More

Great meal with two children. Full restaurant within 20 mins of arriving. Superb waiter who was incredibly kind with language and help with our children. Food was without fault and as we had hoped for. So....very happy! Carpaccio, veal, carbonara. Chocolate mousse is dangerously good!! When asking for the bill though you need to remember to fill in the tip... More

The food is excellent, and the waiters to understand English ( but no English menus are available). The staff were also Very good with their recommendations even for "problematic" guests. Desserts are a nice surprise, served with glass jars of cookies and candy, very enjoyable even for adults.

Arrived from New York and visited that same night. Cozy atmosphere, superb carpaccio. Great start to a multi-leg European trip.

Italian food at its best. My pasta course was beautiful and very tasty and my main course of veal Milanese was also great. Service was excellent and the early Christmas decorations have the restaurant a nice festive feel.

What makes this restaurant stand out is the ambience: the lighting, abundant bar and food/fruit on display shouts homeliness and classic comfort food. By 9 pm on a Friday this fairly large restaurant was packed with locals having a good time. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Also, there are complimentary cold cuts at the start and jars of... More

Lovely place/decor with a good and multilingual waiter but with some notable flaws, namely: a) we had reservations but when we arrived they seemed confused and took us to one of the few tables without a name on it; to the left and right of us were better tables with names and times of reservation. b) the mains followed the... Description
Not just a restaurant, but La Briciola !.
Refined and elegant, polite and courteous welcome, excellent Mediterranean cuisine and respect for tradition, wine cellar with the best national and international labels, attentive service and not least an atmosphere in keeping with the evening here is what turns the Crumb in an exclusive club where it just feels like home.
A truly special place created very skilfully by Gianni, the landlord, almost 37 years ago and recently expanded with the bar area and a hall to accommodate in a radiant and cheerful its customers.
