The order took more then the 20 minutes claimed by the waitress and it came with cubes of pork. Not sure if it... More

On our second night in Milan, my wife and I went on a passagiata from Brera to Piazza Duomo and stopped off at the Park Hyatt for drinks. Seemed like a slow Thursday night with few tables occupied, the server who escorted to our table assumed we were dining. To her dismay, we ordered cocktails and asked her to take... More

An indulgent treat whilst exploring...we had to try the award winning club sandwich and it didn't disappoint! We sat outside which was beautiful, staff were attentive but not overly so and we enjoyed our cocktails and carbs in the sunshine largely undisturbed! Perfect.

My wife and I were staying at the Park Hyatt and are at Mio. The food was excellent and fairly priced and the service staff was also delightful.

Great food and excellent staff. We both had the melanzane parmigiana followed by the cotolletta - both were superb. It's not cheap but it's worth it

This is a fun and lively place near the Galleria. Indoor and outdoor seating, light snacks and great drinks. The spicy Margarita is awesome!

The food is at the high end chef level also if the check is very expensive. The wine list is one of the best I have ever seen

Description
Located in the centre of Milan, overlooking the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, just a few steps away from the Duomo Cathedral, Mio is accessible both through the Cupola Lobby Lounge in Via Tommaso Grossi or from Via Silvio Pellico. Opened in December 2014, Mio is the new city bar & bistro in Milan, designed to be the convivial, central public area of Park Hyatt Milan. The bar's lunch options, designed by Chef Andrea Aprea, offer a selection of traditional Italian dishes as well as classic international cuisine. Already named Milan's place to be, Mio hosts a not-to-be-missed Aperitivo time, every evening from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, and signature after-dinner cocktails available from barman Andrea Rella. The All Day Menu offers a selection of sandwiches, vegetarian dishes, salads and starters, hot dishes of pasta or risotto, main courses and desserts. A rich selection of healthy and light smoothies is at your disposal to refresh and keep in shape. All of our cocktails are made with fresh fruit and are inspired by the seasons of the year. In spring and summer, for example, the cocktails are fresh, while in autumn and winter they are creamier and some of them are even served hot.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
