Recommended by a friend who used to live here. We loved the deco, the atmosphere, the owner (who spoke English), a true italian experience in this family owned restaurant. The polenta was creamy and delicious, very filling meal, but they managed to make this hearty dish into something delicate. Lovely evening.

Restaurant is a relaxed atmosphere serving primarily Piemontese style classics (polenta with every kind of topping, pastas and meat dishes from the region). Everything met expectations although the fish was the least favourite of our dishes-not really near the coast.

An owner of this place, Luca, makes sure no guest is left bored, hungry, or not smiling. He started us with free apperitivo of vermouth and home-made sausage. Was rather patient with my basic Italian, made suggestions both for typical for winter Piedmontese food and local wines which we thoroughly enjoyed. Apple-pie is a must have for the finish of... The owners are very gentle. The "polenta" is the number one food, very well done and a typical Italian food, the "agnolotti" is an excellent choice too. Goods piemontese wines. The place is small but very nice. Highly recommended.

The reastaurant is attractive and the staff polite and efficient. The menu offers a variety of original dishes, the main speciality being 'polenta'. Instead I decided to have tagliolini with artichokes and maybe this was a mistake. The pasta was just a sticky lump with tasteless artichokes. My friends had polenta and apparently liked it. There was a good wine... More

Our family had a terrific dinner here. A hot week in Turin, so we appreciated the cool aircon and the warmth of the restaurant owner. This restaurant specialises in polenta and you will enjoy the quality of the food. The wines were also a highlight.

A selection of delicious season meals is proposed. The owner of this beautiful family-restaurant provides advices on wine, including a wide range of top-quality local products. I had lunch there on a Saturday, the restaurant was fully booked and unfortunately service was a little bit slow.

The BEST polenta! This time I said: “I want to eat some real polenta in Italy” - Mission accomplished! The restaurant is not big, as soon as you enter you see the kitchen, what for me was awesome. I ordered the polenta with Italian sausage and my husband the one with hart (deer). It was simply spectacular!!!! And also the... More

Loved the entrance: you see the kitchen! After a warm welcome, they tried to understand our tastes, suggested something new and different, and, really amazed us. Excellent meat, perfect wine suggestion. And, please, taste the dessert of the house', with zabaglione! A MUST in Torino. Da non perdere.
