Who looks for gelato when it is 0 degrees C? We do ! This shop had been recommended by our 20-something -years-old kids who discovered it on their last summer trip to Torino. So off we went . There are 2 locations and we went to the via Po shop . Greeted by 2 enthusiastic young women who let us... More

Seems everyone in Italy claims they have the best gelato, but Ablerto Marchetti is over the top when it comes to tasty, creamy and smooth gelato. Wow. The salted caramel is 5 star! Give it a try. They are open late too, which can be incredibly dangerous when late night cravings arrive...and they will.

Came across this place while walking towards the river in turin. Plenty of flavours to choose from so the server recommended the gianduja which is the local piedmont hazelnut choc flavour (similar to nutella) and the white chocolate with salted caramel. Both flavours were good and it cost €2.50 for 2 scoops.

Very creamy and smooth gelato, but lacking intensity of flavor. We visited the shop on Corso V. Emanuele, which was quite busy. The shop itself is very nicely layed out and gelato was not bad at all, but just felt generic instead of homemade.

Sweet as ice cream! The chocolate was very intense and good! Good atmosphere with very friendly staff!! Suggestion to cook off after a walk through the park.

The flavors and consistency of Alberto Marchetti's ice cream is simply fabulous. The creaminess of the ice cream was amazing, and the flavors of the fruit in the gelato will bowl you over. We were always treated in a friendly manner by the women at the counter. I would put on 5kg Ina month if I lived next to any... More

Luckily for us we were staying near one of the three Alberto Marchetti gelaterias in Turin, but only had the opportunity to go once. The gelati is made onsite and you can see through to the kitchen from the front of the store, with over twenty flavours to choose from it was a little difficult. Between the two of us... More

There are several of these in the city. They are modern and clean. Flavors are traditional hazelnut, chocolate and coffee and the fruit sorbettos are also wonderful. Don't miss this! It was so good, we went every day!

Definitely the best gelato we had in Turino. Highlights were the lemon, pear and zabaglione. Don't miss out
