I have been here more than once with my family, well, what to say? it is the perfect place for us. Nothing in Turin can beat the service and the quality of food you can find here. The menu follows the season changing and the different dishes are always well prepared. An additional note must go to the service, which... More

I was looking for something simple and browsing for Trattorias. What the hell, there's nothing that resembles a Trattoria in this place: complex dishes, extremely tasty and balanced, elegant and a bit of poshy snobby atmosphere. Not what I was looking for tonight, but a very surprising discovery indeed! Will definitely come back

This trattoria restaurant is a neighborhood favorite of our Turin-based friends, and we now know why. We enjoyed a wonderful tasting menu that started with an amuse-bouche of eggplant with a light parmesan foam. Our multi-course meal included a wonderful cooked porcini mushroom dish with black truffle, a perfectly prepared scallop dish, tender octopus with blackened pepper sauce and burrata,... More

Located well out of central Torino this small, family run restaurant caters mainly for the local clientele . The service is very good and friendly. The menu is short but the food is high quality. The ambience is restrained.

Me and my girlfriend were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn't ask for a better dinner! The location is quiet and warm and the staff always smiling and ready to assist you! The choice of dishes makes you wanna taste everything! But there's the chance to take the degustation menu with 4 courses! Everything is delicious and sophisticated: rice with... More

The "Clandestino" chef-owner is a veteran of piemontese cooking, trained in a famous local restaurant, bringing to your table interesting flavours. I'd say his flagship dishes are the meats, let it be guinea-fowl, pork, lamb, veal or pigeon. Superbe foie-gras is generally available. Desserts are awesome.

Our friend who lives in Turin took us here and I was very pleasantly surprised. We'd been to Rome, Umbria, and Tuscany-eating and drinking our way through each of these regions for two weeks before finding Trattoria La Madia. I certainly didn't expect to find our best meal here, but we did!
