Google recomemded on me on that place as I was staying nearby. I love ice cream and wherever I go I like to try the local ice cream shops and the local flavours. This one was one of the best ice creams I had. Try the Strataccele Giandoja when you are there. Big like!

The best ice cream I've ever tasted! Especially pistachio and chocolate! Also quite friendly staff. We had to visit every day during our stay in Torino!

I used to work in an excellent Italian Ice Cream parlour in the Netherlands, so I believe to have high standards. But this was just amazing! The "marotto" blew my mind!

We stumbled across this place by accident as it is not on a main road and were very glad we did!! The gelato was delicious and the best we found on our trip!

I've been in Turin for 4 weeks while my husband works and have tried a few Gelato places in that time. This one is my favorite. The fondente (dark chocolate) is dark and rich - the perfect chocolate gelato. The woman serving us knew enough English to help my friends choose their flavors.

We accidentally walked into the ice cream library and wow! What an experience was it! This is the best ice cream we've had in long time, special flavors specially the local moscato d'Asti, pistachio and ginger. The ice cream chef was in the place and was so nice! A must!

New to the San Salvario area, Mara dei Boschi pulls its punch against the best gelaterie in Italy. I put them right up there next to Funivia in Bologna. If you're in the area, go to the Mara dei Boschi in Alba as they tend to offer some different flavors that are also excellent.
