Not good. The location is great and the place looks wonderful. Some of the staff are very friendly. Some of the food is very good. However for £130 per head excluding wine I expect something special. The senior waiting staff were surly. The first course...More

I must admit to thinking Del Cambio might be too traditional and formal but need not have worried. My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. This is a very historic restaurant in a grand piazza, a beautiful building and a palatial room. But...More

We have been at this restaurant twice by now and every experience has been stellar. The menu showcases a range of dishes that represent the piemontese cuisine but with a modern touch. We have tried several courses so far. Each one extremely fresh, with a...More

First of all, they made the effort to host the six of us without reservation and we were glad. I think the hospitality is good and also the historic setting came though prominently in the interior and the building. Very convenient location as well. The...More

If you go for dinner, ask to be seated in the main dining room. It is lovely. The other two spaces are not as congenial...food and service is the same.

The most elegant restaurant of the most elegant city in Italy. From 1757, Del Cambio is famous among seekers of all that is beautiful and delightful. Today, next to the precious furniture and decorations of the XIXth century, you can admire the artworks of international contemporary artists, and taste the dishes from the piedmontese tradition, matching the inventive creations of the chef Matteo Baronetto.
