Staff very nice and friendly. Accommodated me with a last minute request to have lunch. I enjoyed the food and best Pasta with truffles I had. The Piedmontese insalata also fantastic.

If you go for dinner, ask to be seated in the main dining room. It is lovely. The other two spaces are not as congenial...food and service is the same.

Today, next to the precious furniture and decorations of the XIXth century, you can admire the artworks of international contemporary artists, and taste the dishes from the piedmontese tradition, matching the inventive creations of the chef Matteo Baronetto.
