Best cicchetti in Venice washed down with a cold prosecco. Wonderful authentic atmosphere. Can sit inside or outside.

All'Arco is very popular with locals and this says it all really. Excellent food and drink at a fantastic price. This is real Venice.

My girlfriend and I visited this excellent Osteria frequented by the locals of Venice. There was an excellent selection of food and wines and it was a great example of a simple eatery. This isn’t the sort of place for a sit down meal, more...More

Very nice place off from the main touristy path. That the place was very crowded already speaks for its high quality. The cicchetti are very delicious. Their fish tastes absolutely fresh and all cicchetti look very appetising. Most of the fish cicchetti cost around 2,5...More

Yes, I discovered the WIne Bars (Bacari) of VENICE Long before the Masses way back in 1995, and All'Arco was my first ever. This is one of the most authentic and oldest Bacaro in Venice and one that serves such traditional CIchetti as Nervetti along...More

Best cicchetti in Venice! Branzino crudo, baccalà, anchovies ... Efficient service despite the crashing crowd! We even managed to find a cosy table ... outside!

Standing up at the counter with a plate of mixed chiccetti and a glass of chilled wine, lunch does not get much better than this in Venice. The place is packed but the chiccetti are truly delicious and the staff very friendly.

Really enjoyed our lunch here, selection of small dishes and a glass of red wine. The anchovies were absolutely gorgeous. All in true local Venetian fashion.

Seems to be a family run place with staff who maintain a good sense of humor even when the place is absolutely jam-packed. Excellent wine options, fresh and delicious cicchetti, and a mixed crowd. Young, old, local, tourist - I felt that everyone felt welcome...More

San Polo
The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six
sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest
neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the
markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi)
stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San
