The reviews are accurate - a lovely little trattoria between the Peggy Guggenheim and Accademia. We arrived with 2 very hungry children and were quickly fed and watered. The calamari fritta and caprese salad were delicious. The kids ate all the spaghetti carbonara so that...More

Delicious food and friendly service. The pasta with cuttlefish in ink was delicious. Price reasonable and the house wines are very good for the price.

Stayed at hotel around the corner, always a crowd so we tried it. It was excellent and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and good service. Would eat here again. Best to make a reservation.

Found this restaurant on google maps and decided to give it a go based on trip advisor reviews and it didn't disappoint. The food was fantastic, fresh and tasty (would recommend the mussels in marinara sauce and tagliatelle with scallops and prawns and cherry tomatoes)....More

The best restaurant we tried on a weekend break to Venice, and great value for money too. Highly recommend a visit and try for a table in the garden.

We arrived without a booking on a Thursday evening but within half an hour had a table. The service isn't very smooth as orders for drinks took ages. But the food was magnificent. Such freshness and flavour and all at modest prices. Highly recommended.

Definetly not a tourist trap, we ate scallop and shrimp pasta and a simple lasagne here and also some desserts. All of them was above Venetian avarage. If you are near the Accademia you should try it.

Artsy is the defining mood of this neighbourhood with
street artists, students, painters, sculptors,
restorers, curators, historians, collectors, heirs and
heiresses rubbing elbows. Peggy Guggenheim's
collection, now a museum, lures chic locals for
evening art aperitifs. Traditionalists and visionaries
cocoon in bohemian luxury. La Salute basilica
buttresses the neighbourhood to the east. Gondolas bob
