We came for lunch and the food was so amazing and unforgettable. If coming for lunch, do not miss the fried rice ball croquettes, they are SO good. The restaurant is self-service so don't go looking for good service.

Hidden spot at a corner. Worth exploring, as it serves many options at reasonable prices. Nice place to have something simple to escape the tourist crowd of the day! Visited twice in the 2 days i was in Venice.

An Italian friend told us to go to Gislon. We had a great meal, great service and the budget was really low for Venise. OK the decoration is not amazing, but this is worth :)

The food here was reasonable and inexpensive, but the staff are rude and offhand, even to visitors from the UK who speak Italian as we do. Nothing else to say.

This place can be hard to find, with many twists and turns and within a hidden cavern like alley.....but make the effort! This is true venetian food, priced super affordably, and served with family friendliness but in a professional and efficient way. Seating is tight...More

This place offers small tables with a few seats where you can have your meal. There's a good choice of plates both of meat and fish or even chicken with potatoes. I took chicken with potatoes but it was too dry. Roast (chosen by a...More

Before we took off for our trip to Venice I was adviced on here "dont eat upstairs as you will incurr an extra fee, eat downstairs instead". Well we found out the exact opposite to be true. When we arrived there was no seating downstairs,...More
