Enjoyed a delicious meal here on a fairly quiet August evening. Service was prompt and friendly, and the food delicious: I chose their sardines to start, which were cooked with onions, pine nuts and raisins. And the vegetarian aubergine dish I ordered to follow came...bubbling from the oven, rich with a creamy cheese sauce. The restaurant is in a quiet street next to Rosa Salva hotel (also recommended!) and close to Piazza San Marco.More

If you want to try frozen pizza in Italy, welcome to that place. Also pasta with seafood was with frozen small shrimps. Very average service.

3 days in Venice - worst lunch. Fish half raw. Meat very greasy. Service slow. However, Pasta was okay and the garden is nice.

Don’t ask to discover Italian specialities. Unfortunately we are disappointed about the quality of meal and pricing... I don’t think desert is home made... The place is perfect if you are looking for quite atmosphere, not a lot tourists Other places could be found to...Venice, especially to discover real Italian and food service.More

We lunched here. We were looking for somewhere comfortable neasr Piazza San Marco but offering better vaue. This is a family restaurant with a lovely wood lined interior and a very comfortqable atmosphere. We were made very welcome and the food was good and reasonably...priced.More

Four of us decided to dine here on our first night. The menu looked interesting and they had a table in the courtyard and we had wanted to sit outside. The waitress was very nice. However, whilst the starters were ok, the mains were disappointing....I had tagliatelle bolognese, which although good, was a very small portion. My sister in law had the T-bone steak. At €35 it was more than 50% fat and gristle. Nobody checked we were happy with the meal, so the first option we had to say anything was when they cleared the plates. Obviously she’d left almost all the steak and told the waitress how bad it was, but there was no offer of a reduction in the bill. The two men had sea bass, and again, although cooked nicely, it was just two small fillets, where everywhere else you get a whole fish. The meal cost us €240 in total for 4. Everywhere else we went after that it was €100 cheaper, for better food!!More

I like to walk around checking menus until one "talks" to me. I checked the menu and it was different from all the other restaurants in Venice, and was almost empty except for 1 couple. I was drawn by the fact that one first course...was "Coquilles St. Jacpques" and the serving was two shells, so not a pound of pasta. The other was fresh porchini cooked with home made tagliatelle. I was sold and convinced an not disappointed. I had a half bottle of wine. The first was maderized and I had not complaint from the hostess, she simply opened another which was great.More

We visited this restaurant a few days ago for dinner during our 5 days stay in Venice and found this experience a waste of time & money. We've both ordered the Menu of the Day with fish which is : Spaghetti with fish and I...had Fritto misto with Salad for second and my husband had Branzino with salad. For desert both had Panna cotta. Seconds were a joke, my husband's portion of branzino was so small about 4 cm and very thin nearly see through, it was just one side of the fish and the salad was just some lettuce on the side. the desert was a small cup of panna cotta white colour and tasteless and the waiter just added a chocolate syrup on top. Really disappointed by this experience and there isn't a next time here for us. The waiter instead was very attentive but unfortunately this isn't enough. I will not recommend this place to my friends visiting Venice.More

The pasta was not bad, but the fish that came after was disgusting. The cheapest bottle of wine was Eur 30. The manager was very unpolite. Na experience to Forget.
