Being used to Dominoes/Papa Jon’s et al, this was just sublime pizza and a real rustic experience. The Pizzas (2 slices for €3.60) were out of this world and although you eat standing up, this only added to the charm. Adding a Peroni and a...More

We came across that small restaurant on our way to the city center and boy, was that a good surprise ! Although we’d already had lunch, we couldn’t resist ordering some slices of pizzas. They were delicious visually and they tasted even better. Afterwards, we...More

My husband and I decided to give Antico Forno a try while we were visiting Venice in September 2017. I was admittedly a little skeptical about the focaccia bread pizza at first, but it was SO good! We tried the thin crust pizza, too, which...More

One of the best pizzas I'ver ever eaten. A very small place with no tables. They have large pizzas that immediately catch our attention.

Very good ! The waiters are very helpful, everything in the menu is delicious. The dining rooms are very cozy I think 25-30% over priced

San Polo
The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six
sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest
neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the
markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi)
stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San

Not sure but it was open for lunch. It's not a sit down restaurant so most likely it's an 11-16:00 kind of place

The place offers Free WiFi. Air-conditioning is always on: fresh air to fight the hot Venetian summer days and a nice heat in winter. All the mixtures rise naturally, in a time lapse from 72 (3 days) to 96 (4 days) hours. Thanks to that, all pizzas and flat breads are light and crunchy.
