If you're looking for fancy, skip Bacareto da Lele. If you're looking for a cheap spritz and some of the tastiest fresh sausage you'll ever put in your mouth, don't miss it. There's nowhere to sit and there are tons of young people around, but...More

Great little traditional sandwich shop, all freshly made and served with a little glass of locally produced wine or bubbly for just a few euros, it's easy to find but yet not over run with tourists, the perfect venetian takeaway, highly recommend

We went here based on other trip advisor reviews and we were not disappointed, great experience, eat by the canal with your chiccetti and spritz and enjoy, we got a free wine for attempting to order in Italian! Brilliant!

This is NOT a restaurant! Just a stand with small fresh buns filled with meat, cheese and sometimes veggies. There are 1 euro each. A bottle of water is 1 euro. Wine, if you can call it that, is 60 euro cents. Naturally the wine...More

I don't recall any fish. As far as vegetarian, you could get cheese and tomato on your sandwich. The counter guys were very nice and helpful.
