The sea bass was very good but the shrimp and scampi was not very good. Good wine list. Service was not friendly. live music was nice, but too loud. It was a cosy place. Decent prices.

Not many tourists turn down the blind alleyway next to the Burger King just north of the Rialto bridge, but you should. At the end you will find a charming small campo with great views of the Grand Canal and Taverna Al Remer. This is...More

The food is sub par. The mixed seafood appetizer was poorly prepared. The shrimp and fish were mushy. The gnocchi was flavorless and had very tiny bits of shrimp and the ravioli negra was like paste. The service was even worse; it is terrible. We...More

We visited this place a few years back, and returned last week. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than other places, but it's also more upscale. The charm is that is is quiet and relaxing... the wine list is wonderful. The food is elegant. On...More

They do have a happy hour, although I'm not sure of the exact hours. It is very popular with the locals, and a beautiful place to hang out around sunset.
