We have never before been disappointed by a recommendation in the “Osterie d’Italia” restaurant guide. Well, dinner was an experience, but certainly not one I would like to repeat. Service was chaotic, if mostly friendly. My friend’s plate with bread and sundried tomatoes was snatched...More

Promised so much, delivered so little (literally in the case of the skimpy portions). To be fair, this was a meat-heavy (or more accurately, donkey-laden menu), so the restaurant's focus may not be on vegetarians, but there were a couple of non-Eeyore options to choose...More

Was recommended by our hotel so expected something special. The restaurant was attractive and the service was friendly. But then it stops. The menu was uninspiring. Donkey features quite a lot. This maybe a novelty but not for us. We given a selection of bread...More

A party of 10 of us had a wonderful meal here with local specialities and helpful friendly service. One of the party is gluten free and this was no problem. The restaurant menu has a number of donkey dishes (tried by our party and deemed...More

A group of 10, we had an exquisite lunch, comprising Sicilian regional specialities. Roberta shared her vision and the philosophy that culminated in her restaurant and Michelin Star. The new location is lovely. The food was memorable. The wine pairings were lovely.
