Hidden in north-east suburb, just outside the old walls, close to the Catacumbs, walking distance from the flea-market - EXCELLENT - a must: run by two brothers, very very good sicilian dishes...

Finding this great place is not easy. Even when you are in the right street there is only a very understated entrance which the locals obviously know and might want to keep to themselves. The next challenge is what to choose from lots of lovely...More

One of the best meals I have had in Italy (I have been in Italy 15 times in last 15 years) for the price and the quality. Order fish/ seafood- those are their specialties.

Based on the reviews I expected more. Had the ravioli with basically a tin of tomatoes throw over it in an attempt to create a sauce. My husband had the pasta with tuna. It was garnished with a few herbs to add some flavour. The...More

Food is amazing. All the locals frequent. Try the cuttlefish,(black) ink pasta and the pesto pistachio pasta with fried artichokes!!!! Great value. We went once for dinner and a lunch, since it was Independence Day.

A religious experience. One of the best meals of my life. Starter, 2 pasta dishes, wine, coke and bottled water for 33€ definitely worth seeking out

Well worth searching out for a warm welcome and delicious lunch/dinner. Evidently the tour operators think the same but no harm in that!
