A late lunch on arrival. Pizza, salad, veg and and antipasto. All fine but the house wine needed a glass or 2 to pass the palate test. Staff good and happy to adjust dishes. 3 out of 5 as the music (from youtube I think when I went inside to pay the bill) was awful and loud (we were seated... More

The food was ok, especially the antipasti and the pastas, but we didn't enjoy the pizza. Service was very kind, although we had to ask for some things a couple of times before they brought them.

We walked around the area as there are several restaurants nearby looking to see what was on offer and chose this one and were not disappointed. I had pasta which was delicious and my wife chose pizza which was so large I had to help her finish.

We walked around at Palermo on our first day in Sicily. So this was our very first meal. And when you go to Sicily you expect some very good 'Sicilian' food. And that was exactly how our first lunch was: PERFECT. I ordered something basic, the pasta di Norma. And I had this big plate in front of me.. I... More

I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because the overall experience was good and relative to restaurants nearby it deserves it because standards are apparently low in Palermo from what we experienced. For some reason I can't post any photos. It's too bad. They speak volumes. 1) The pizza was really quite good. Nice crispy thin crust. Appropriate... More

This was our first dining experience in Palermo on a busy Sunday. We started with a shared plate of the local speciality, panelle and arancini, followed by pasta with sardines and wild fennel and Pasta alla Norma, all accompanied by a good house white. Despite being busy, service was attentive. We each tasted the other's dish and they were so... More
