We went here at our hotels suggestion. Rude and haughty waiters, poor service. Mediocre food. Would not return.

My friend who has studied abroad here for several months highly recommended the restaurant. It lived up to her good review, and Italian students get free wine, which is a plus. I will definitely go back when I return to Firenze (Florence)!

Not a place for anyone who appreciates good pizza: It was bland and tasteless. The staff was nice though.

Waiters were unfriendly. Forgot my order and told me it was fault, then served us half backed pizza and never asked how our meal was. Music is beyond terrible - awful mix of retro songs and Tarkan's old hits.

Very crowded when we walked in abt 7. Waited quite a while before waiter free to ask us to take a seat. Only have 3 waiters which seems too little for a crowded restaurants... we ordered 2 salad dishes with pizza and food is good!

Locals and tourists alike go here for the delicious pizza. It is not a restaurant, but a pizzeria, so that is what is best served here. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Would come back at the drop of a hat.

I took nine of my daughter's friends out for dinner, and this was their choice. When you're 21 you can't get enough wine! This place gives you unlimited wine with your dinner. I wasn't expecting much from the food quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had pasta with clam sauce and it was delicious. Can't beat the prices even... More

There is nothing good about this place ,we went there for gnocchi and were served flat proseco first up, they did open a new bottle and replaced it once it was pointed out , that should have rang alarm bells as the mistakes continued , overcooked machine made gnocchi,it was hard and pellet like ,cover charge on the bill which... The title describes this place but they do a good business. We were there on a Saturday night and it was packed. Waiter was more interested in socializing with other dinners, mostly GenXers.

This was my second time in this restaurant and both times we had both good and bad experiences: The good ones: the food and the cook are good and the prices are available. The bad news (an we remembered it from the former time as we were there): there were many groups of Young people speaking loud to be hear... More
