We went here for the special steak Fiorentina, as recommended by our hotel. The wait staff was friendly and atmosphere was pleasant. The menu said the steak was for two to three people and that there was a minimum amount by weight that you had...More

Enjoyed this immensely! Friendly staff-helped me with my few words of Italian. It was hilarious. The food was awesome and the House Red wine was perfect. I would definitely go again! Enjoy!

Best to reserve a table to eat here. The food is excellent - but the portion sizes are extremely generous. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have regarding the menu.

We were a family of 4 who ate dinner here. It is very close to the Uffizi and is a great place to eat dinner if you are touring there late. Service was great, very nice, small restaurant with wonderful food. Highly recommend in Florence.

We just love the great friendly atmosphere in this traditional Florence restaurant. Worth booking as always seems packed. Convenient location and great food.

This restaurant is a gem and like stepping back in time to “la dolce vita” of the 1950’s - wonderful waiters in white coats, mellow music and fabulous decor. Best of all was the food. I had a superb rocket, pine nut and pecorino cheese...More

Stumbled upon this place with my sister on a trip to Florence. The first perk was a free glass of prosecco while we waited all of 5 minutes for our table! The waiters were infinitely charming, to the extent where the owner offered me the...More

A typically old school Florence trattoria, Antico Fattore is an original taste of the city's history, dating back to 1929. In this era local creatives would flock to Antico Fattore on a Wednesday to be fed by proprietor and local character Giulio. Giulio may be long gone, along with many of his historic patrons, but the convivial Antico Fattore atmosphere remains. In this old building, where an original wooden beamed ceiling remains and modern design is only of fleeting concern, guests continue to flock to enjoy lingering glasses of wine, intelligent conversation and superb Italian food. The renowned recipes have been handed down and remain as much part of the restaurant's history as past patrons.
