Amazing food. We shared a number of anti pasta starters. Eggplant parm was GREAT, Burata mozzarella was another favorite. Pasta try the carbonara. Anything is good. The service was top notch.

This restaurant was in a friends guide book and it did not disappoint - the meail we had was excellent - I had grilled octopus and it was about the best I have ever had, and I like to cook it myself too, grilled to...More

Upon entry one pretty quickly realizes by the decor that this is a fun place that doesn't take itself too seriously. The staff was incredibly friendly and doted on my 5 year old daughter, who seemed to delight them in particular when she set to...More

Food was great - particularly loved spicy kidneys (but they do less controversial stuff too). Decor is individual....eccentric but never less than interesting. Staff are relaxed, fun and beyond competent. A really great night.

Great little hole-in-the-wall restaurant! The veal is among the best in Florence and the pasta is sumptuous. The service is good -- maybe even too fast, makes it less relaxing. The artwork on the wall is original and fascinating; people were taking pics. And not...More

We loved Gargani on our last visit to Florence; food, frescoes and ambience, and asked our hotel on our first day to make a reservation for a dinner on St. Valentine’s night. We were disappointed at the outset at being in a crowded corner next...More

Good, typical florentine cuisine where to eat good local appetizers (crostini toscani and salami), try the Ribollita and if you like meat go for the Fiorentina steak. Service is good and price reasonable and you are at the heart of the city

majority of the people arriving in Florence, which

come across the constant hustle and bustle of the
station before exiting, taking a few steps and
stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
