We stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for some place to eat last night. It is small and they do recommend reservations, but we were happy to wait. The lasagna is delicious. The wait staff were hardworking and helpful. Was a lovely meal and an unexpected find.

Went here based off Rick Steves recommendation. It was fine, but not really one of our favorite dining experiences. Would try something else next time.

A lovely restaurant near the Mercado in Florence. Six of us had lunch here. Excellent meals and good service. Vegetarian friendly. Would go back again.

Came recommended by our hotel. Pasta was average. Brought all two courses at the same time. Pasta got cold. They were in a rush to turn the table. Frankly, it could have better. Not bad. Not good. Average.

My husband and I stumbled upon Pepo's while looking for another restaurant for lunch. We checked out the great reviews online and decided to give it a go. I had the spinach and cheese ravioli with sage butter and it was possibly the best pasta dish I have ever had. We loved it so much we came back the next... More

Went their twice, once for lunch and then the following evening for dinner. Lovely atmosphere and on both occasions food was superb and service was excellent. Great value for money too. Compared to other restaurants that we visited whilst in Florence we can honestly say this was the best.

We first tried Pepo in 2007 and loved it enough to go back on our next trip to Florence. We were a group of five family women from three generations, in Florence for 3-4 days. We all voted to go here a second night, it was so enjoyable. Recommend reservations, as it's always crowded and we saw many people turned... More

We dined early here one evening while it was quite empty. The two of us had simple pastas and a shared side dish plus coffees. Food was reasonable, prices were very reasonable, all up 30 euros. Service was rather slow and not particularly friendly.

Informal and fun--just good food and good times!! Walkable to the Mercato Centrale. Small and very busy but well worth it
