The restaurant is very close to all the car rental places neat Florence main station. It is on a side street, so do use Google maps to locate it. The place does not have much seating area - it is more of a take away. However we did sit here and eat. And even went back for a takeaway after... More

The hamburger is really good and there a good list of hamburgers. The prices are ok my only consideration... More

The burgers that I had were very good. The meat was amazing. Better than most, if not all, chain restaurants in the states. It could be a bit bigger, but the toppings made up for that. The restaurant itself was pretty simplistic. I like that about it. You walk in, order your burgers, eat and then go on your next... More

After the Nth time this has happened, I decided it was worth writing. If you order from Panino Tondo, count on it being late - and not 5 minutes! Today my lunch delivery was 35 minutes late! With an hour lunch break, this is a problem. I had ordered at 10 am this morning to avoid any issues.... This is... More

Really cute little place. bagels for 3.90 euro, hamburgers for 4.90, and food is very good. Mostly for take away, only few places to sit.

You call or send an email to order and it's done. They are nice, fast and there is a large choice of burgers, bagels, salads and muffins. Highly recommended!

It is just different and the staff is fun. Good place for a walk-about panino.

Staying in Santa Maria Novella

Neighbourhood Profile
Santa Maria Novella
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.
