This was closed in September and is a huge loss for all of us who came there once or thrice a day. Roberto Cavalli should be shunned by all in Florence. His clothes were dreadful but Giacosa was wonderful

Went there for the hot chocolate (on recommendation from a friend) and enjoyed every bit of it :) the best hot chocolate I found in Florence.

We headed to this coffee shop on the recommendation that they served the best cappuccinos in town. We ordered a coffee to go and the staff were some of the rudest I have ever encountered, barely acknowledging our order or taking the time to exchange...More

We came here for drinks before dinner. Above average in price, location central but very busy (street, pedestrians), place to sit outside and normal tables which suit the purpose. It's always hard to judge the "service" as a whole. Our guy seemed unmotivated at first...More

First of all LOVE the coffee bar. Amazing drinks. If you are not a local you don't know to order your food (before 3pm) then go sit and eat it and then get in line to pay. I always go to Giacosa when I visit...More

This little coffee shop is where one can see the locals mingle. It is always happening here, the coffee is delicious, the little morsels of goodness are fresh, the orange juice freshly squeezed. A favourite in Florence. Doubt if I can tire of it. Service...More

So we came to the birthplace of the Negroni and asked the waiter for a Negroni. He asked "which one?". Silly us. There are many varieties of this classic cocktail. We highly recommend the Negrunge. The Mandarin liqueur takes the edge off the Campari. This...More

This little historical caffe turned fashion by Roberto Cavalli is a little gem and such a busy place. It attracts everyone, specially locals who go there regularly for a bite (the servers knew them by name) There is a selection of ready made food which...More

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city

They have lunch from 12.30 to 3pm , but you should go on 1pm, when there are less people. The aperitif is served at 6:30 pm, but but you can order one of their fantastic cocktails at all hours of the day! The coffee and... More
