Went here to buy a couple of drinks. Came to €3. I paid with a €20. He gave me €7 change and quickly walked away. When I told him I was due €10 more, he was not apologetic and didn't seem surprised, like he was trying to get away with something. Seemed like a sleazy operation. Plenty of better options... More

Your typical Tourist gelato located near the big tourist stops. The gelato filled with air and piled high up to the roof.

This place, located in the center of Florence, serves gelato that is just so-so. The cones, however, are inferior to those served in other gelato shops. One can do much better!

After climbing and strolling, having a warming tea and a brief rest was welcome (as well as a "pit-stop"). The gelato looked so fantastic that I broke my diet. It was worth it, the best I've ever eaten in Europe. The desserts also looked yummy. Not cheap but reasonably priced food and bevs.

The place serves nice ice cream. Taste is decent and it comes at a reasonable price. Not that crowded like other stores.

We tried different ice creams in the Centro Istorico of Florence, as, even in November we needed something to cool us down. Whereas further down the road we were ripped off by an Italian lady who charged me the day before for an ice cream some 6.50 euros, as my friend was charged across the road only 2 euros, we... More

After over 400 steps up and then down my husband and I stopped at this place for gelato. It was very good and refreshing. The staff was also very friendly.

Just meters away from the Duomo, a cafe with the extra added attraction of gelato. The gelato is great, and a seat in the shade is really welcome to enjoy your treat. Across the piazza, there is another gelateria, which features long lines, organic gelato, and indivudually made cones. We found this cafe to be every bit as good...if not... More

Lets face it - there's no shortage of street cafes to sit outside in Florence all with differing menus and prices. But this little place only yards away from the entrance of the Doumo is worth a visit if only to rest the weary bones - for surely "shanks pony" is the surest method of transport in the historic centre...
