Actually we came here in 2010 but forgot to review. We found this little place along our walk from the ponte Vecchio and decided to give it a try. The place is on the smaller side like it belonged to family home. We ordered simple...More

A french friend who worked and lived in Florence recommended us to this restaurant knowing we wanted an authentic experience. He explained it was very basic cooking but authentic. The food was definitely authentic and the wine list was basic. They use a wood fired...More

This restaurant was highly recommended by our Hotel manager. I don’t think he realized that they don’t like Americans. From the moment we arrived, it was clear to us that we were not welcome. They weren’t rude at all but made a passive/aggressive attempt to...More

Family restaurant run very well. Long tables which are shared an Italian dining experience. They have a very old wood oven which they use to cook on. All round a good experience and very child friendly

Came here based on a glowing recommendation from a friend so this had to be our first spot to eat naturally in a Saturday night. The outside of the restaurant was unassuming and some might be taken aback by its simple decor and possible emptiness....More

You'd think what's there not to like when they say you can't use your mobile phone? Well. Everything, I mean everything. You have to share your table with other people whether you like them or not. The bread was stale. The cheap pasta and peas...More

Nice and typical trattoria but not very nice service and food not up to the price. Friends told us it depends on the day and who you get to serve you. We were dissapointed.

Florentia, as it was called by Latins, is permeated by
an eternal beauty spread in all corners of the city.
The historic center is characterized by the immensity
of the Duomo, able to transport tourists into the
brightest age of Florence: the Renaissance. Who does
not know the Brunelleschi Dome, San Giovanni
Baptistery and the Giotto’s Campanile? Everything is
enclosed here and it would be easy to imagine the city
