Gelato if you have allergies

Best ice cream, service needs improving

In our opinion the best ice cream we had in Italy, in several locations - Genoa having the best service and Florence the worst. Flavours are extremely precise, ingredients seem top notch and prices are pretty much in line with higher quality gelateria. In Florence...service was not great - staff very curt and not very polite, despite knowing they’re dealing with a large number of tourists and visitors. So one less star for this location as they really need to improve the attitude of the staff.More

A tasty sweet treat

Great gelato! Not mind blowing though. We tried lemon, pistachio, and nocciola. The lemon was a bit icy very tasty though. The other two were creamy and good quality (no bright colors). They had something interesting called a water shake, that seemed to be popular...with the locals.More

Chain gelato spot that’s just off the main path around the Cathedral. Came here to grab some gelato while other members of our party were waiting in line for the Reparata. We had a cone that we split with two flavors - strawberry and pistachio....Credit cards and cash accepted. There’s no indoor or outdoor dining so it’s primarily a takeout spot.More

Gluten free cones

lovely staff, decent choice of gelato and they have gluten free cones. We had tubs and they were nice. We found though as the trip went on other places had a few more flavour choices.More

Authentic gelato-and delicious!

Authentic and tasty gelato

Delicious gelato! In a very centrally located spot, easy to get to. We loved the coffee, hazelnut, and pistachio flavors. Definitely recommend!

Not the best

Honestly the gelato here was nothing special compared to other gelato shops in Florence. The flavors are nothing special and the staff was not very friendly. There are so many other places to get good and authentic gelato in the city

The best ice cream in Italy
