We just had cappuccinos and croissants and were pretty good. What i find difficult to understand is why they give a mediocre service in a place like this.
The place is nice and in a good location but the staff is really unfriendly. Not a “Hi” neither a “Good bye”. We had to seek for somebody’s attention to order and the place was kind of empty!
We were just looking for a place where to have breakfast sometimes on our days off but we wont return to a place where we felt unwelcome and unwanted

Very nice lunch menu and small desserts. The quality of the food was 10/10 and the sweets were very nice. The service was perfect, the staff explain and made suggestions. Definitely will be back.

I always stop here with my father and usually we take a coffee or tea with some pastries, they’re always good and you always find new things to taste.
The place organizes happy hours every day and they’re available for for lunch and dinner too, non just breakfast and similar.
They’re open all week long but MONDAYS.

We went there for breakfast and the waitress Aurora was very helpful and sweet always smiling she helped us to pick the food we had desserts and sandwiches and it tasted great i highly recommend it they did us as well very nice packages to take away.

After walking all day we just needed a place to rest a little, get a bottle of water, relax.
This place looked just right for the outside, so we walked in, got table and…
Waited forever to get service, staff was rude and unfriendly if we haven’t got coffee and drinks already on the table we would probably just walk right out.
Coffee was average, wine was really good… on display were some sandwiches and cake that look amazing – but we were not hungry so can’t say if they were good or not, but looked amazing 😊
What was disappointing was the service, after so many places with amazing friendly people these standoffish rude servers were huge let down…

Recommended to us by a local and so glad she did. Beautiful restaurant with wine all around on the walls. Service was excellent. Great wine. They only serve lunch. Five of us went and enjoyed a wonderful lunch, pasta, steak tartare (exceptional if you like that kind of thing)
Second visit we discovered that they don't serve dinner instead they have more expensive drinks that include charcuterie. WOW!
Desserts are heavenly. Would return in a flash.

I have visited this restaurant several times for lunch and sometimes just for dessert. They have consistently delivered a wonderful meal every time. The lunch menu is posted on a board with options for first courses and second. There is always the delicious hamburger and french fries which never disappoints. I cannot say enough about the desserts!!! They are wow and wow and not to be missed!!!

The attention put to on the look and atmosphere of the place is unquestionable. The effect of classic revisited with design and modern touches is achieved. The selection of wines available is impressive and quite visible - I have not looked at their prices and cannot comment on that aspect. It is unfortunate that the same attention to the look and the wine cellar is not also placed on the execution of a seemingly good menu. The choices of a club sandwich and of a cheese burger resulted in an extremely disappointing experience. The cheeseburger was made with one small slice of generic cheese that had not been allowed the time or temperature to become soft and sat rigidly on top of a somewhat sad looking burger with no condiments whatsoever, no lettuce tomatoes onions pickles or sauces… The club sandwich instead was in slices of bread barely toasted and inside the bacon was absolutely raw and cold (uncooked bacon?! never heard of that) with two slices of hard boiled fridge cold egg placed on top of it, while in the second section of the sandwich a chicken or similar item salad seemed to have been half assed dolloped directly from the freezing cold fridge… not possible to eat or even consider. A disjointed not felt nor cared for attempt to revisit a classic… if they wanted to revisit the classic club sandwich they should have gone to the restaurant of the Savoy Hotel in the center of Florence and tried their version. There is no need to innovate but there is need to follow through and care about what one is doing. And the "carrying" part is the crux of the matter. The owner who was at the cash register when I proceeded to check out, without a word or hello simply handed me the check, which after paying I checked. Indeed he had taken off the club sandwich (which I had sent back). Taking off the price of the club sandwich was surely the correct thing to do and I appreciated and expected it… however a hello and a mention of being aware that there had been an issue allowing for the exchange of 2 words that could have been constructive as well as pleasant would have seemed to me the normal and the polite way to carry out the situation. Fluff and glitz will not make one feel welcome, it will be the attitude and the way people behave. The waitresses were all smiling and dealt with the issue very well so thumbs up to them. The owner, instead, truly surprised me as he clearly did not seem to care of how a client could feel or whether they would wish to come back… I am more sorry about that aspect than the uncooked disjointed food as kitchens and chefs learn and grow and problems can be fixed while the lack of care or politeness is a much bigger problem… we all have bad days and maybe it was just that… unfortunately in the world where one must relate to other people when one has such a bad day it may be best not to stay and leave the cash register to someone else in a better mood.

AMAZING FOOD AND OUT OF THIS WORLD DESSERTS!!
The truffle spaghetti was insanely good and the dessert...nothing I say will do it justice but the desserts were nothing like I've ever tasted before and super amazing. We asked for a selection of mini desserts and each one was as good as the other.
