Despite the fact that I Santi is situated just outside the Amfitheatro, there are few tourists in the restaurant. This is a place where more affluent Italians come together for a great home-cooked meal. The wines Leonardo can offer are excellent. Lovely atmosphere.

The owner was a delightful host. He gave us great local wine choices and served us like we were the only people there. Beautiful little gem in Lucca. We will for sure return.
we spent 3 weeks in Lucca and ate a dozen different restaurants. I Santi stands out among them as delivering high quality, unique cuisine. the salmon with buccellati toast points was superb. I'm just sorry we didn't find it until the end of our stay.
