The food was ok, but the guy that seemed to be in charge was too distracted to pay attention to his customers. They have a tiny washroom and a women got herself locked in due to a faulty latch, that seemed to have been broken for a long time.

A nice place to sit down and enjoy some good italien ice cream or a cold drink. Anice place outside in the backgarden.

A must is the pizza with buffalo mozzarella. Maybe is a little expensive, but it worth. Pay attention that there are other restaurants in Pisa with the same name (and same owner) but the best food is in the original Regginella in via di Gello.

We wanted to experience authentic Italian cuisine so ventured out of Piazza Vittorio Emanuale – you will notice this is the go to place as Pisa is so small – where the locals eat. The restaurant is situated quite a bit from the city centre. The pizzas were enjoyable but nothing amazing. But I do have to mention the dough... More

The place you would expect next to a military base: good food, good price, warm service. Napoletan style. I went there on a business trip, with a local friend, it is not a romantic place and there are not many tables but the service is very quick.

I often ordered carryout from the sister Pizzeria with the same name where the Pizza's are very good. The Pizza's in the restaurant are also very good. However the owner overcharged us. I asked for bill expecting itemised account to check but was simply given a receipt charging 45 euro which I estimate as about 10-15 euro overchaged.

Thanking one of my friends, eventually I have tried this famous, well-known restaurant in Pisa. It is not a romantic place and it is not a restaurant for formal dinners. But the appetitizer and the pizzas are wonderful, the service is kind, the price is proper. Good test!

I often go to this family-owned pizzeria, since my Neapolitan friends say that this is the truly and best Neapolitan pizza in Pisa. Pizza is very good indeed; it is the "soft dough" type that you find in Neaples, pretty different from the "thin and crusty dough" that you find in standard pizzerias around the rest of Italy. The owners... More
