We ordered Pesto Lasagna, mozzarella panini, tuna sandwich, and cafe americano. Overall, horrible. Pesto lasagna: too greasy, you cannot taste anything close to pesto, poor quality cheese Tuna sandwich: breads are soaked. Salty. Mozzarella panini : they warmed the panni probably with microwave with tomato inside. You definitely dont want to taste warm tomatos in your panini. Americanos: just dark... More

Stopped in for a quick gelato before meeting our driver. They were busy so it took a few minutes but the gelato was very good. We had three small cups €7.50 so pretty reasonable. The panna cotta gelato was particularly good.

Six euro is a little high for a chewy sandwich and four euro for a glass of coke is way over the top. They don't display prices clearly and the reason is obvious.

Stopped there this afternoon with my wife after leaving Santa Maria della Scala for a quick gelato & espresso. The bill was 20 euro, but after a day of hiking around without calories since breakfast I paid without really thinking. After we were eating I realized that we had been charged 2 euro for each espresso (which is a little... More

Despite other reviews we found the service here extremely good and the food excellent. It's simple food done well. We had pizza and a sandwich with tea coffee and cakes afterwards. The pastry and tart were both excellent. Coffee and tea were both 3 euros but we had paid 4.50 for a coffee at il campo earlier in the day.... More

We were very hungry and stopped in for sandwiches. We usually avoid places so close to tourist sites. We ordered a couple if panini which were exceptionally good. The real treat for me was the espresso I had after lunch. It was so rich and flavorful! As others mentioned, it seems expensive for what it is but the food and... More

We came here to shelter from a thunderstorm. We paid €36 for 3 slices of pizaa, 3 small pastas and 3 bottles of water service ok. There is definitely a locals vs tourists thing going on here.

After sight seeing, we quickly stopped here for a bite to eat. We had sandwiches and the were really good. Service was friendly and quick too. We also managed to get seats outside which was really nice. It was fine for just a quick, informal lunch.

The food is okay, but the price certainly isn't! The loud music doesn't help eihter. Sad thing is that you can only pay with cash money....

Ok for a sandwich and a cool drink on a hot day. Read bad reviews but had a pleasant quick stop here. Good service and I found prices ok.
