Went on a whim while aimlessly strolling and it turned out to make my day. The Siena branch is quite a lovely spot with a renovated interior taking you to “puss in boots” kinda tavern. Had a very nice welcome from Michele who was extremely...nice to give me a tour inside the restaurant and make me a customized sandwich. Highly recommended:)More

Delightful in every way! The food was great, the service even better! We tried various carpaccios, as well as their sandwiches...delicious! Great wine, too. The servers were super friendly and went above and beyond for us (the only time we've ever had a server help...us buy a drip coffee system!). We came back 3x in our 10-day stay, great every time! Highly recommend!More

Extremely bad and rude attitude from the waitress! We were with my whole family of five and we all consume quite a bit! She literally kicked us out at an empty restaurant! Do not visit!

Best meal in Italy thus far! Service was friendly and it was easy to get a table. The ribbolita and salad was fantastic. We can’t wait to come back!

This was our favorite meal when we visited Siena. Sat outside which is always interesting with people walking by and cars driving by but the weather was wonderful and a perfect time for outside dining. We ended up having a charcuterie platter with both soft...and hard cheeses. It was I recollect 20 euros. It was more than enough for 2 people and we were glad that we did not order anything else. We were stuffed by the time we left and chasing it down with wine made for a wonderful meal. Just ate slowly and enjoyed the atmosphere. Service was pleasant and food came out quickly. Would highly recommend a nice leisure meal here. Come with an empty stomach. Enjoy.More

Slightly off the beaten track in Siena, this restaurant offers gorgeous charcuterie boards. I found the service a bit standoffish but totally recommend it.

Authentic and delicious food, charming surroundings. This is the perfect place to come to sample some of the best meats and cheeses in town. Eat like a local!

Chose this place because we passed it during the day and it has a lovely front. The restaurant had an air of being slightly ramshackle and run by students--some of the things were off the menu and soem of the wine wasn't available. However it...was very friendly and a charming place to sit and have dinner. Food good.More

This Prosciutteria has a small shop frontage, small inside dining area and some outside tables and chairs. We stopped here for lunch and ate inside as it was exceptionally hot outside. We had dined here a couple of years ago, pre-COVID, and had enjoyed the...meat and cheese platters. On this occasion we noticed that they had moved to electronic menus where you scan a bar code on the table. I understand how, from an infection control perspective, this is an improvement on paper/cardboard/plastic menus as well as being easier for management to update, however as a customer, having to scroll through 10/15 pages on your phone, referring back and forward, I find confusing, difficult and inefficient. When eventually we thought we had seen the entire menu it turned out that we hadn't and didn't actually order what we had initially wanted. What arrived though was simple and quite tasty. We had the Chianina Traditional carpacci which came with a bed of some green leaves and had almond flakes, parmigiana cheese and balsamic vinegar sprinkled on top as well as a dish of the Black Gold tartare. Cost, including service charge, two bottles of mineral water and two glasses of Vernaccia was a very reasonable Euro47-50. Service was friendly and efficient.More

Away from the main square. Had to wait for a table although many empty tables. Service ok, food average but most disappointing, sitting outside had to eat with a paper plate and plastic cup for water! Worst food in Florence, but should have know better...as is part of a chain. Won’t returnMore

A very nice and cozy place, not afar from piazza del campo. We tried a variety of local cold cuts and cheese, a deer carpaccio and a wagyu tartar, the specialties of the menu. Everything was amazing, alongside with the wine that the staff suggested....The staff were very polite and helpfull. We totally recommend it!More

A fine location , fair enough for a simple visit . You can enjoy Tuscan ham and cheese plus tartare of appreciable Chianina race. Easy to serve, easy to stay : in the average the cost . A good pass and drop for everyone. Recommended...not for family but for a fair stop between friendsMore

A popular Siena dining place. We saw many people having lunch here and decided we would too. The decor is unique and quirky, the staff are busy but attentive, they clearly have a passion for what they do. We lined up and placed on order...for a share platter of meats, cheeses, vegetables including artichokes, olive tapenade and a variety of breads, salad was included and also olives were on the platter.A generous serve for two and beautiful local produce. The plates and cutlery are simple and disposable. You can buy wine to accompany your meal. I just loved the atmosphere and the food and it will remain memorable for me. It wasn’t expensive either.More
