Had breakfast upstairs. Good solid Swiss style croissant, Bircher muesli and breads. Prompt service and you get up to pay when you're done- which saves waiting around if you're there for a business breakfast.

With a decor like a 1920 setting and older ladies serving tea coffee and chocolate, along with the exquisite cakes, this place is a must for anyone going through Zurich.

This iconic cafe needs no review. Its a landmark on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich and us full any time you go there. We had a snacky meal with coffee and the shrimp tart and the croque monsieur were both to die for. The coffee is singularly great. The old time wait staff are briskly efficient. Lovely place for an anytime snack... More

This institution in Zurich Bahnhofstrasse serves excellent coffee, snacks (we visited twice both times midmorning) and of course the justifiably famous Luxemburgerli. Delicious but, of course, not inexpensive.

out of 6 days, we managed to have 3 lunches to be in Sprungli. The club sandwich is great. the roast beef is outstanding, and eskafee and their classic chocolate cake is a definite yes.

Forget about calories, splurge and enjoy the finer things in life like cakes and pastries. The place is always packed even with the outrageously overpriced and empty calories goodies ! Live a little !!! Just add a couple more miles walking so as not to feel guilty after consuming this devilishly decadent treat specially the truffle cake !!!

After some macarons, my wife and I went upstairs to try the famous hot chocolate. It was nice. The place was very crowded, but everything was fine.

The greatest variety of chocolate i have ever seen in my life! So delicate, so ellegant and milky tastes! They are specialized in truffles and Luxemburgerlies! Try the amazing "Troufe du jour"! Located in the most central place of Zurich! The place is expensive. A box of 10 or 12 truffles costs 20 Swiss Franks but if you get yourself... More

Spruengli is the classic coffee house in Zurich, at Bahnhofstrasse, great deserts, very nice atmosphere. There is also an additional shop further down the street. Famous for there "Luxemburgeri".
