I have been there multiple times and first thing you will note is that their excellent service. And the order will be served within 15-20mins. Eventhough the price is a bit above average, you won't regret it with what you are served. They are famous for their meat. Try "Bürgermeister Schwert", its meat grilled on a sword, enough for two... This restaurant is a traditional swiss restaurant, very central located at bahnhofstrasse (Paradeplatz), and it has a very good variety and menu (including sausages, schnitzel, fitnessteller, hams etc...) Worths a visit if you are a tourist (first time Zurich) or even if you are here but you have not visit it yet

Great place! Amazing food, environment and tourist attraction! Great place! Amazing food, environment and tourist attraction! The place was crowded, we started our dinner sharing a table with an asian couple, but no problem at all!

It is so typical it is almost too much. Big portions. Love the Wienerschnitzel! Slightly touristic. Book in advance during weekends.

I really like Zeughauskeller, even before I moved to Zurich. It is always full and very noise, but the building is beautiful and everyone that I take there enjoys the more traditional food and meter sausages, not to mention the beer. The prices are also reasonable for Zurich. Although some people complain about the service, I havent had any problems... More

4 of us went to Zeughauskeller. It is the favourite restaurant of one of our friends. We had a table for 4 and a very friendly waitress. Once seated she immediately took our order for the beverages and they arrived pretty fast at our table. From the menue we ordered 1 mixed sausages spear, half a meter of sausage for... More

Excellent German restaurant with good sausage and beer. Excellent hospitality. But you need to reserve in advance because they always have long queue waiting for seats

This place seemed to be full of local people. The food is very authentic from the area. I tried a schweinbraten and it was delicious. I would go again.

* This restaurant always have a 'full house'. You have to wait in line. If you are lucky you will get a table or share the table with other guests * It is a very lively place, crowded, little space between the tables, noisy but worthwhile to see and eat. It is an experience. * Food is good and service... More
