We had the December menu, 30 euros for starter, main and desert. Very good stuff, more than sufficient. Enjoyable visit, highly recommended.

Came across this restaurant by accident by turning down a side street. The menu was outside in English, it was busy inside but we got a table by the window. We asked for the menu in English which helped us choose. Calamari to start , excellent whole calamari artistically sliced light batter with salad Pork stew in dark beer very... More

This cosy restaurant, just 250 metres from the Vrijthof, offers a rich choice of small bites, lunch and dinner dishes. The food has a small twist and is delicious. We enjoyed this restpoint in our citywalk.

We ve ordered a typical Maastricht plate for 2 (20€) meat and cheese. We got tomato sauce as gaspacho in mini tiny pot, 2 mini shrimp in an industrial sauce, 4 mini slices of roast beef with dressing tuna sauce !! At least we could eat the defrozed bread and the 1 hotel butter lying in our rotten salad. I... More

This little restaurant is hidden in the middle of Maastricht, just out of sight. The wonderfull staff is very friendly and the food is great value for money. They have a small card with local specialities, cooked like grandmother would do. Love to come to this place whenever I'm visiting the great city of Maastricht. Great for a lovely dinner... More

Nice petit bistro with typical regional dishes and a great atmosphere. Along with a nice beer. In the inside a brown cafe with seats, and in the back there is a nice terrace where you can eat outside (also with bad weather). I can recommend the many typical regional Maastricht or Limburg dishes, especially Zoervleis (Typical Limburg Beef Stew) -... More

I visited this establishment last year while attending the Andre Rieu concert and rather selfishly did not write a review it was that good and I wanted to keep it as my secret. However now others have found it it is time to write a review. We visited on Saturday 9th July while attending this years Andre Rieu concert. When... More

I found the bistro by accident while exploring Maastricht before the Andre Rieu concert. The local meat platter lunch was really tasty and quite good value as was the excellent Brand beer. I so enjoyed my visit that I returned for an evening meal for which I ordered the porc stew. Again very good. The bistro was extremely busy, this... More

I had dinner here on my first evening in Maastricht. Food is actually good, service is friendly, but actually I did not find the place very cozy, and I also find it to be quite expensive compared to value. There are much better options.

We ate in the internal covered garden, it is a pretty place, the staff is gentle and friendly, the food is very good. Delicious onion soup, pig stew and rabbit were also very good. Honest prices.
