I really like Japanese cuisine and that's why I always try different places around the city. I liked wagamama atmosphere. The place is really clean and cozy, but since the place was crowded the waiter started acting a bit pushy asking us if we wanted to order something else. Then in the end we left right after the dinner. Food... More

Just perfect. I found this place accidentaly because Asian food wasn't my obvious choice in Amsterdam but I was surprised. The food, service, atmosphere is great. I went to another Wagamama the day after and it was perfect again.

You will not be excited about both the Asian food offered here and also the atmosphere of the restaurant, but you will find good quality for a fair price. And this is sometimes exactly what you are looking for. For example the different kinds of Ramen are a good choice for lunch or even dinner.

We went as a family group when it was admittedly very quiet at lunch. Great service and reception, and some tasty food. The katsu chicken curry was particularly excellent.

Wagamama is a chain restaurant with it's head office in the UK. A couple of years ago i would have been incredibly happy to eat here as there were only a few Ramen places in Amsterdam, however, today there are so many excellent ramen places in Amsterdam, that Wagamama is only a nice restaurant to eat. At the Zuidas in... More

We'd been to Wagamama in the UK and Denmark, and it was located right around the corner. Everything was well prepared, served quickly for take-out and was a low cost option for dinner if you're near the Amstel.

place was full but got a table quite fast. Food didn't arrive at the same time for our table. So the first one was done before the last got his plate. Lamb teriyaki was pretty good. Lamb was nicely cooked but noodels were greasy. a bit more coriander and chili won't hurt

Wagamama fills a certain niche - slightly overpriced Asian Fusion. You're not going to get great Japanese ramen here. Its actually debatable whether the food here is Japanese at all, but it fills a niche that most of us understand - that restaurant you use to go to in high school to impress the girl you were seeing. The "ramen"... More

Inspired by the japanese noodle bars, in 1993 wagamama introduced these pan-asian dishes. No reservation needed. Just walk in and take a seat at the long tables. Enjoy the wagamama experience!
