This place was a bit of a disappointment. We popped in during the day to book but when we arrived there was no booking for us. The food was good but all evening was let down by the service, they didn’t seem to care.
Popular place, with authentic French menu with tempting choices. Very good value and really attentive service. As good a steak and chips as I have had anywhere and a very drinkable house red too.
George WPA has maintained its good bistro quality, the wine list is still primitive without any outstanding selections... being a winemaker this always disturbs me as there are so many good wines for reasonable prices. I found the service a bit too popular. but still...More
