A local and tourist favorite close to Dam Square and an easy 10min walk from the city centre. Savini’s is situated in a reconstructed period town house on a split level. The food is a high quality cuisine and while it may be slightly more...More

On the advice of our hotel concierge for a non touristy Italian Restaurant, we were given Savini. Just a short walk from Amsterdam’s Central station, is this lovely intimate Italian restaurant. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The food was superb. Nice light Italian...More

I cannot say more about the delicious food. Other reviews have covered that. The staff is kind and accommodating and fun. The atmosphere is a bustling “family” that everyone wants to be a part of. I will go again during my 3 day trip here.

Lovely restaurant in a good central location. Zuppa Di Verdure and Antipasto Savini starters were excellent. As was the Linguine Con Vongole Veraci and Costolette Di Agnello mains. The Formaggio Misto was lovely too to finish the meal. Really nice atmosphere and good service also.

A lovely experience, good service, good food, good atmosphere, very busy so you should book in advance. Three courses, four people, bottle of wine, two beers, coffee all round just under EUR 200. Would go again.

Amsterdam’s buzzing hub, with its sprawling network of
tram rails and a seemingly constant flow of tourists
and commuters, yields convenient access to some of the
best sightseeing, shopping, and street life in Europe.
Closest at hand are the Royal Palace, the quaint shops
of Haalremmerdijk, the pedestrianized zones
Kalverstraat and Dam Square with popular neighborhoods
such as the Red Light District, and the Canal Ring
