Ordered the butcher with cheese. And it's yums! They make the burgers in front of you so you know it's fresh! Only thing is watch out while eating, can get a little messy..

We went right when they opened at 11 AM and we were the only ones. It's close to the Heineken experience, and other great attractions. I ordered the butcher, with sweet potato fries. It was delicious! The meat was cooked medium rare, and all the topping were nice and crisp. Loved it!

We went there for a lunch , the burgers were delicious. İt is a fast food restaurant but you wait a bit to get your burgers.

Delicious burgers made whilst you watch, in a relaxed 'posh fast food' style restaurant. Good prices and friendly service. Great location too. Perfect for a relaxed dinner stop, or lunch!! Must visit!

Nice small place and with good recommendations. The burgers were really good although the place and seating is tiny. The service and quality of food is really good and if you enjoy burgers definitely recommended.

Very casual dining - great burgers, fries and chicken. We also ate at The Butcher in De Hallen which was equally tasty.

Staying in De Pijp

Neighbourhood Profile
De Pijp
Bustling Albert Cuypstraat serves as the main drag through De Pijp and the location for Albert Cuyp Market, the largest and most famous of Amsterdam’s many outdoor markets. Beyond this sometimes-frantic thoroughfare, tiny lanes beckon urban explorers in search of the latest trends and hidden gems. Nearly half the residents living in De Pijp are foreigners and a good number of them are students. Here you'll find a multitude of ethnic restaurants, great cafes and bars, and a brilliant array of locally owned shops, all catering to a broad range of budgets and tastes.
