Visited EN for first time with 2 frequent international travelling business partners from Tokyo. According to their expert opinion: most likely the best Japanse restaurant outside Japan.....

We are big Japanese food lovers and this night we felt like sushi only, so we didn't go for their tasting menu. Big mistake! We were watching nice dishes being served next to us while trying to enjoy some very poor sushi. The sashimi was...More

We wanted sushi, and went to EN based on reviews. We sat at the counter, and enjoyed the interaction with chef Ken Osawa. The sushi, sashimi and tempura were impeccable: fresh, beautiful, and inventive without being over the top. It is a warm, intimate and...More

If is two of you celebrating I think table is a better idea, as you need to see each other and not sit next to each other. Enjoy your evening

Description
Amsterdam is ready to enjoy the Japanese quality food in a casual setting with a good glass of sake and shochu. We have a great selection of sashimi and sushi for you but there is so much more to the Japanese kitchen than sushi. Besides sushi we offer adventurous bites and great tasting fish and meat dishes that can all be shared. Sharing is great fun as you can enjoy more tastes. Please take a look at our Kappo style set menu's also, with Ken's signature first course of several mouth watering appetizers.
