Right next door to the Amrath Grand Hotel, food is excellent, better than most pizza chains, good value, highly recommend dropping in for a meal

All in all, this place is nothing special and the pasta tastes no better than that which you can purchase pre-made at the grocery store. We had several appetizers and main courses and nothing was memorable, interesting or delicious. Any real italian 'mamma' would put this place to shame.

The service is not good. We sat down at our table and waited for a long time before a waiters came and gave us a menu even the restaurant is not crowded at all. The food is not better than the services. They are quite tasteless with old ingredients. I won't come back for sure!

Popped in for lunch - two families with kids. Restaurant was almost empty. After sitting down we were told there were no burgers. Ordered spaghetti dishes - ragu carbonara and pesto. After making the reservation the waitress returned and said there was no spaghetti either, just penne. The dishes were partly ok (carbonara, pesto) partly terrible (voted worst ragu ever).... More

The pizzas are good, but the service is horrible. We had a reservation for 7 persons, but when we got there nothing was prepared, we had to wait 20 minutes before being seated although the restaurant was only half full. Service was slow and they even mixed up one of the orders. Worst part is that for the things that... More

Ten small tables in an intimate area with full service. Another twenty or so tables in a back room with self-service which is great for families. Great service and reasonable prices.

I've been here 1 time, which automatically the last time. With so many (great) restaurants in Haarlem, why would you go here? Because it's cheap? Try Novecento, Pakhuijs or Bruxelles. Because the location is very central? Why not go to La Plume next door. Really, ít just misses the 'vibe'. You feel like you're having your lunchbreak in the canteen... More

...you want to sit in a smaller restaurant and be served ? Okay. You'd like to try a wide variety of Italien food from different regions buffet, family style, okay too. We chose the restaurant for our visit and we're not disappointed. Good variety, fresh pasta, great wine - friendly if slow service.

Thank Schnap
