It took about half an hour to get simple soft drinks. Then around another forty to get a quiche with salmon and broccoli. The quiche was tasty but it must have been a vegetarian version of it as there was not a single piece of...More

Dear Sebastian, Thanks for your reviews. We are definitely not 'a resto/bar at the museum which doesn't care about its clientele...'. We do have many regular customers, not only MAS visitors. And our STORM team is working véry hard to give a good service. Again,...More

When going to Café Storm you most definitely have to order the goat cheese ciabatta or the red curry. Both dishes are heavenly! I have also been in Storm in the evening during one of their parties (not every weekend, you have to check their...More

This cafe is located in the building of the Mas museum. There is a good range of draught beers and drinks. After a visit to the museum we enjoyed sheltering from the rainy weather in here. The cava and beer were good, the staff were...More

Great cafe, lovely location. Service suffered a little when we were there but it was a very busy day for them (Easter Sunday). Most importantly: GF bread options available! I had soup, was delicious.

We'd gone to the observation terrace at MAS & decided to have lunch in the cafe. Very pleased we did - very tasty panini and a good range of beers. My wife enjoyed the coffee and apple cake. Prices were reasonable. Recommended.

We had 2 coffees on the sunny terrace and they were ok. The service however lacked friendliness, inspiration and motivation. You are lucky if they spot you from the first time, if not, waive again and again. Either their shift was almost over or they...More

The coffee, mind you, is fine, but service is casual. One gets the feeling that one is not really welcome and that the staff would rather be left alone.

We enjoyed our coffee but the waiters looked as if they had overdone the Christmas celebrations. They acted as if they would rather have been somewhere else. We did not stay long.

The STORM museum cafe is the new 'place to be' in the Eilandje district. Comfortable leather benches invite visitors to reflect on their visit of MAS. But you can also head there with colleagues after a hectic working day or enjoy a moment of peace and quiet before or after a day's shopping on the terrace. Architect Kurt Hereygers used a mix of 'rich' and 'poor' materials for the cafe's interior: leather, oak, mirrors, multiplex and concrete, finished in warm hues. The eye-catching feature is the huge wall cabinet. The menu features small, healthy and seasonal fast food dishes in addition to Illy coffee, Oxfam Fair Trade juices and beers, alcoholic beverages and wine.
