you're going to have to try this, and be sure to book ahead, since they only do one dinner service and one lunch service on certain days. The recommended plates are definitely worth it, and the wine guy is a riot: super enthusiastic, and actually...really accurate in his recommendations! Go for lunch, since the sticker shock will be less offensive (very pricey!!)More

The food is just fabulous, creative, top ingredients, attentive service, friendly chef - one of the best culinary experiences I've had in recent times. A real pleasure.

Good atmosphere, classy service, very nice deco... and excellent italian food. In fact a little bit more expensive - but not so much - than the average Italian restaurant, but you definitely get value for your money.

Finally dined at Altro Mondo with the family (6 of us) on the recommendation, since several months, of our eldest daughter. We were not disappointed and appreciated the tasteful decor, pleasant ambiance and great menu. The service was attentive and friendly. Excellent food and 2...fine Tuscan Chardonnays we were delighted to discover. The menu is pricey but we were happy to pay the extra for the "special touch", including the jovial and very helpful waiter, the beautiful presentation and the interesting taste and colour combinations, which worked! The menu is quite limited but sufficiently varied, and apparently changes quite regularly. We highly recommend and will go back. Reservation certainly needed (we did try a couple of times in the past and were too late to book).More

The place is a bit hidden but once you find it, you'll never forget! The restaurant is well decorated with a zen ambiance. Not too big, not too small. And for the food, we are talking about cuisine there! Products are fresh, tasty, well balanced....You find a bit of Italy in your plate! It's better to make a reservation.More

The best italian restaurant in Belgium for many years! Very good italian food imported directly to Italy every week! When i come back in Wavre, coming here for a succulent italian dinner . My best plates are polipo (entrees) and orecchiette (main) Da provare una...volta nella vita!!!More

Here with a Group of 12 people, we enjoyed a fantastic appetizer with mixed salami, mozzarella cheese, etc. with slices of black truffle, that we shared. As a main, i had fish (swordfish) which was okay, others had steak or risotto with truffle, and they...have been happy for their choice. As a dessert we had mixed cakes (all very good). We had red and white wine, with a glass of prosecco as the apero'. Cost was about 50 euros/person - which is good for Brussels and nearby areas.More

the atmosphere is very convivial, the staff is friendly and efficient. the menu contains excellent discoveries in Italian food. Especially the wines are somewhat pricey. Overall good value for money. An annoyance is, the weekend, the restaurant is closed. So reservations for Friday must be...made well ahead.More
