That is one of the nice places at Place Jourdan. Located in the middle of the square, the cafe is actually a great restaurant with good selection in the menu and friendly staff.
Good location on place Jourdan, I have been here a few times for birthdays etc. The food is nice, but it isn't great. The venue (situated on Place Jourdan), however, makes it a practical place to meet and the ambiance and service are good.

The food is good, nothing really surprising but consistent in quality. Staff is friendly, whether you enter alone or had a reservation of 50 people. If they make a mistake, they are pretty generous resulting in 2 desserts last time I went there.
