There is nothing positive that I could say about this place. Service is unfriendly, sometimes even rude, and slow... @Waitresses: Girls, it is better to chat after or before closing the cafeteria instead of ignoring visitors of your place. Apropos, hot "chocolat" is also terrible. It taste and look like Nutella! I would recommend to make some more steps and... More

The waitress was nasty and slow. It's an ice cream shop people. Ice cream is a happy thing. The milkshake was pretty much a glass of sweet milk that cost 10 Euros. Worst Haagen Dazs we have ever visited.

Stood outside, no member of staff acknowledged our existence. We went inside to sit down and yet again nobody acknowledged us. We walked to the back to see if we could go upstairs to sit and a lady stopped us and told us to sit, which we did, downstairs. We sat wondering "do we get menus, or ask for them... More

Appalling service here. I'm heavily pregnant and really needed to go to the loo. So I asked the waitress where it was. And she said ... upstairs. Wasn't clear where the stairs were. So I asked the waiter who said the same. So I found my own way to the stairs. And walked all three floor levels of stairs. To... More

Quite lovely place to have ice cream while people playing various instruments outside near the Brussels grand place. Very expensive Haagen Dazs but I think it's as same taste as the tub you can buy from the superstore in the uk however lovely experience.

Popped in for a latte and a waffle. Long time coming and then wrong twice! The mocktail that was listed as 6.50 on the board was 10 euros on the bill. This is apparently the sit-in price although there were no menus or prices anywhere. Avoid like the plague!

On a sunny afternoon, we decided to sit on the terrace of this ice cream parlor situated close to the Brussels landmark, the Grand Place. The place offers the possibility to sit inside or outside. It was almost full. At this time of the year, it uses the services of a lot of students. The service at the table was... More

At our last stop in Brussels we had this wonderful waffle in the Midi Gare station. The service was also friendly and quick. Nice place to say goodbye to Belgium.

We had to wait 30 minutes for a very standard ice-cream. Ice creams on the menu they look great but when they bring them to the table you discover they are way too expansive for what they are. Terrible. Slow service, ice cream nothing special. Nevermore here.

Ice-cream was lovely. I had a waffle, caramel and vanilla ice-cream, caramel sauce and whipped cream. Service was ok. Wasn't happy about paying to use the toilets (even if it was only 50¢) considering a waffle and 2 scoops of ice-cream was €12!! €12 for 1 dessert is a bit expensive in my opinion but nice for a one-off.
