Sometimes you will wait for waiter. Is not the case at Le Jardin d Illot Sacre. The waiter can solve the problems if you want. So, you will have great service from waiter, but he cannot compensate everytime the quality of food....

This restaurant on very attractive location is ordinary tourist trap. It is not a place for gourmands or for a fast meal. They have colorful posters all around - and prices on posters are attractive. Food is average and waiters didn't visit school for kindness. Read all the judgments before your visit. I didn't and it was a mistake

Worst dining experience in my entire life! Firstly, we got lured in to the restaurant by annoying salesmen's lying about 'any' free drinks for each customer, including a glass of wine and cocktail that we asked for. After we had been seated they served us an alcoholic beverage without giving us a choice, and moreover they didn't even serve cocktails... More

We chose the 12,50 euros menu which includes bread and butter, appetisers, the main dishes, desserts and a glass of wine, everything were really tasty. This restaurant is perfect for those who want to taste Bruxelles' traditional dishes: the main dish consisted in moules et frites and the dessert was a gauffres. We ate inside and the local was clean... More

Deplorable experience. They advertise fake prices on the street, then once you are seated inside, they give you the real prices. Waiters are extremely rude and unprofessional. Quality of food is miserable and prices out of this world. 5 Euros for half a litre of bottled water and micro-mussels full of sand. A real shame that in the capital of... More

Wow - am writing this review after having eaten at this restaurant with my family. Just to note - I didn't read the reviews on this restaurant before writing this one - otherwise we probably wouldn't have gone there. We had a tour guide mention that this was a good restaurant (and in looking - see that the company does... More

Myself and my fiance were hungry and we got lured in here for dinner by staff out on the street. We were handed the a la carte menu by the Waiter when we first entered and when we asked for the set menu (€18 deal) the waiter got visibly annoyed at us. Service was so bad and the food was... More

Where to start with this one is the question i am asking myself! The surrounding places were jammed busy and we were starving so opted for this place The set menus seamed ok so we decided we would try them. After waiting about 35minutes for our salt riddled starter the employees decided to have a full blown argument with each... More

The side streets around the Grande Place are stuffed with tourist restaurants, all offering moules frites in an almost bewildering variety of forms. This is one of the better ones - fine mussels and a good ambience, with attentive service (at least at a quiet time!). The frites could have been more plentiful and crisper, but the mussels were fine... More
