To be fair, I've never been a fan of fish and chips, but since this place had so many good reviews, maybe that could change. The menu has lots of options for panko crust and sauces, and some beers. My issue is that we got the 6 sauce sampler and all that Mayo together with the fried fish and fried... More

It's in the center, the prices are really good, it's tasty. It's won't take much time to bring the food. There is wifi, what is also advantage for a tourist. There is only one thing to point out is open hours, maybe they are not so convenient for somebody, but for us it was perfect to have a linch here

We came here based on TripAdvisor recommendations and we weren't disappointed. The food is wonderfully fresh , plentiful and most importantly tasty. It was washed down with scrumptious blonde beer. I think the bill came in at around €30 for 2 of us.

Not a place to come for a relaxed atmosphere, it's busy and bustling with a young crowd. Not luxurious either. But the food makes up for it. Excellent thick cut chips and tasty fish. There's a selection of coatings for a good selection of fish. We stopped for dinner and lunch. More a lunch venue but the food is good... More

This is a jewel in Brussels. Nice & kind staff !!! Good value for money. Delicious chips (fried in oil, better than the theoretically superb "locals"), good, not too expensive wines and beers. And very well fried fish, meat and vegetables. Cons: a bit smelly, and too casual.

I don't like leaving negative reviews and I don't like complaining to waitresses. -> There have only been 3 times in my life when I've asked the server to correct something with my meal, and 2 of them were at Bia Mara. Usually I'll just suck it up, eat what I'm given and move on. I'm not really a foodie.... More

I regularly eat or order food at Bia Mara. Fish and chicken panko are fantastic. The truffle garlic sauce is a highlight. The only negative criticism is the huge amount of chips... it could come more fish instead.

This is definitely the best place for fish n chips according to me. We were a group of four, and each of us ordered a different type of fish with a different dip. Each tasted unique. Loved it to the very bit. Must visit for all fish lovers

Small and crowdy. No fancy decoration, but well fried fish along with chunky fries; overall good quality of food. The tables are tiny and sitting down not that comfy. Sooo close to the people next to you, this is definately not the place to relax.
