I have been in this restaurant several times and I always enjoyed the food, never been disappointed! The place itself is not very appealing, but it can be worse and in the end it matters how the food is and for this part I can assure anybody that it is great as I am one of the most pickiest persons... We've been to this place some 15 years ago and thought it would be time to return. Management has changed over time but the food is still as good as back then. We went here to savour typical Brussels food, but were a bit disappointed on that aspect. From recollection there were more typical dishes on the menu 15 years... More

I visited this restaurant at the end of February with my family. It's slightly off the beaten track, in a rather unexpected place for a restaurant and I would never have found it if it wasn't for having seen good reviews online. However, it was worth the visit. The food was very good, without being absolutely amazing either, and our... More

Not the easiest place in the world to find, as tucked away in a side street behind the Palais de Justice in a not very prepossessing area. This was recommended to us as a typical Brussels restaurant in terms of both food and decor, and it did not disappoint. The veal kidney dishes were particularly tasty, and we can recommend... More

This place has been restored to its former glory. Classic Brussels interior, good service and what you really want: the traditional Brussels food. All five of us really enjoyed the Bloempanch as starter (this blood sausage is on the menu as a main, but I just love it as a starter). My beef tartar was pretty good, the côte à... More

A local friend suggested this restaurant to us and we have been there on Thursday evening for "a bit late" diner with friends at 21:30. It was a great experience, at that time the restaurant was quiet, the service is simply excellent with smiling professional staff. The food was delicious with different options of local specialities. We were 5 and... More

Belgium restaurant. Well positioned near Place Luise. Table are well prepared and nice to see as the general environment inside the restaurant. Service is a mix of modern young with old Belgium style. Food is always fine, well prepared, well cooked. Meat, hunger steak, and mules above average, while we were a little be disappointed from the spare ribs which... More

This used to be my favourite restaurant when first moved to Brussels some 20 years ago and we came very regularly. Had not been since reopened a couple of years ago but was delighted to do so and rediscover the same old charm, quality of service, excellent local and seasonal food and a superb choice of Brussels based beers to... I came here with my family to try a restaurant with some traditional belgian dishes like carbonade flamand and jambonneau. Anyway the offer many other dishes. The service was very good and about the food I really appreciate the quality and flavour. I recommend it.
