The chateaubriand still as tender and juicy as I remember. The most delicious steak you'll eat. Hands down. Worth coming all the way from London for. Will be back next year.

We happen to find this restaurant/cafe. They do have a large Belgium beer selection. We came in towards closing time so they were a bit pushy but who wouldn't be when they want to go home. I would return but maybe with more time.

Nice little place just off the main streets. Outside seating but it was way too cold for that in December! Various local dishes and a great range of beers. Staff weren't particularly friendly but that may just have been a language thing (we were speaking French but he wanted to speak English). I had the poulet vol au vent (local... More

As a solo traveller and non Belgian I was made to feel a little awkward like it was weird I was alone. The food was ok and service ok. Toilets were quite dirty and needed a clean.

Offers a shady spot for lunch on a no-cars part of Brussels' attractive and lively St Catherine's district. But we found the food a bit disappointing: the pâté de volaille wasn't very nice and the servings were too big. The salmon tartare was a bit dull and didn't seem as fresh as it might have. Still, the ravioli with truffles... More

I have been going to this place for the last thirty years and it has never failed me yet. Their salade de crevettes grises is so good that I fantasize about it often Their fish dishes are delicious. Their french fries are very good. Their house wine by the glass or the carafe is fine. The service is always cordial... More

Had a steak and vol au vent here. The food is quite tasty. No sauce comes with fries and that is thoughtless of the owners not to foresee. The service is quite friendly and great for Belgian standards. If you sit outside you get a nice view for people watching overlooking the nice trees. We had one main dish and... More

Lovely little place great for a post 2200 drink with friend outside, service was efficient and the range of beers was acceptable. From the outside it looked like a decent place for food but we did not sample.

Description
In the Fashion & Design district of Brussels, the famous Rue Dansaert, 2 minutes away from Grand'Place, discover an oasis of decontraction and culinary exception. On cool days, around an old furnace, or as soon as the sun shines, on our terrace under the platanes, offer yourself the charming atmosphere of a brasserie-restaurant where local artists and inhabitants like to stop the time for one of the 52 beers, a drink, a grilled meat, a specialty or a dessert. Modernity and tradition.
