I got the recommendation from my Youth Hostel receptionist to go here as I was looking for some Belgian or European dishes. The restaurant was full on a Friday evening. Nice atmosphere there!

Came by to hit up some classic Belgian food with old friends and had a great time. Friendly service, loads of beer, and great food. Will surely be back next time I'm in town.

We were a party of approx. 10 people and we were seated upstairs where we were the only customer for the entire evening: a little depressing I would say. And upstairs is just an eating place without any particular character. Typical Belgian food as you can find almost everywhere in the city centre: i had a good cordon bleu but... More

My wife and I visited for lunch on a cold, grey Sunday. It was full of families and groups enjoying delicious looking plates of wholesome and heary Belgium food and, of course, glasses of beer. We got a table on the mezzanine from where we could soak up the atmosphere and see everything going on aroubnd and below us. We... More

Our group of four adults and two children came here on a cold, bright sunny Saturday afternoon in very early December, about 3pm. We'd been walking all day to it was a welcome relief to get out of the cold with a late lunch and a few drinks. The place wasn't very busy for a Saturday afternoon and we were... More

Get a reservation or have a party of less than five people. I liked this restaurant. We went a couple of times. The food was very good. The prices were a little bit better for Brussels. Lots of variety on the menu. Try the Stoemp. Know that this is a more of a local place. If you only speak English... More

While mussels and biers were good the service was very slow and the room was extremely noisy. I could not even talk with the friend sit next too me! I will not come back a second time!

This place is a nice comfortable spot and the food looks amazing. I spotted someone eating a huge lamb shank style thing which looked extremely inviting. There was also huge bowls of mussels being served with a strong garlic and white wine odour. Visually and aromatically the food was extremely inviting. However, the lady serving us, despite being efficient seemed... More

The restaurant itself is quite delightful with a real welcoming feel about it. The staff were very helpful in recommending dishes and appropriate beers to go with the food. It's really close to the Sablon so perfect for stopping off for something to eat. I would definitely recommend this place.

We booked a table for 12 and were seated upstairs with a nice waiter who served us promptly. The menu is extensive and it offers a wide range of food at decent prices (especially for the Sablon area!). The portion side was very good and the food was tasty - my whole entourage was satisfied! Will go back again no... More
