We were the first guests to arrive for lunch. Nice reception friendly staff. Nice table with a view. The choice of open wines is very limited. The wine you can get may be opened the day before. ( this is why I do not give...More

Had a quick dinner after a long trip but my dish was too greasy and unsophisticated certainly not up to the standard of this hotel. Service was all right but a bit slow. Not sure I can recommend this restaurant

Brunch cancelled - A la carte disappointment. I bet you did not know about the monthly brunch ! It 's on purpose, it is only in the newsletter, they want to make sure no one attends (sarcasm). The brunch happens only once a month, and...More

Just had a family lunch in this restaurant (my 3rd time). Service was worst than any restaurant that I can recall. Mistakes in the orders, hair in the salad, no wine service, bottle of water brought to the table (after reminders) with a "help yourself"...More

Pretentious and over priced. Very dissapointed. Expecting tasty high quality dinning. Did not live up to the level one expects from this style of restaurant!

Had a wonderful meal here at the weekend. As beautiful weather, we were seated outside on the terrace within the old building. Their 5 course meal with matched wines was absolutely delicious and memorable. The service was friendly but remained highly polished professional. No unapproachable...More

My boyfriend and I were here this week for dinner. First of all, the location (in Crowne Plaza Liege) does not give this restaurant the credit they deserve. Once you step into this restaurant, you will not feel like you are in Crowne Plaza. It...More

Dear karintravellog, Many thanks for your wonderful comment. It's a plaisure to read about the nice prestation you had and to switch in another language when this is possible. Don't hesitate to contact the restaurant for another reservation. My best regards

On the ground floor of the old Selys Longchamps house is the "Le Selys" gastronomic restaurant. It has an independent entrance from the hotel and is open, like most of its facilities, to non residents. Seating 40 inside, le Selys has an aperitif area and two dining rooms, including the Lovinfosse room (named after a Liege artist) decorated with Chines frescos dating from the 18th century. The restaurant also has a South-facing terrace seating 50, with an unbeatable view of the glowing city. Three adjoining private rooms are also available for private meetings with or without catering.
